You will receive an e-mail with your smartbonus at the end of each quarter if you have reached at least the first smartbonus discount level in the quarter. This discount amount is calculated on the basis of the total invoice amount of your orders from the last 3 months. You can find your smartbonus level reached so far in the current quarter here.

You will always receive your personal smartbonus after the end of a quarter:

For your orders from January to March: Beginning of April

For your orders from April to June: beginning of July

For your orders from July to September: beginning of October

For your orders from October to December: Beginning of January

Which of your orders are smartbonus - eligible?

All orders placed on our website within a quarter that are assigned to your personal smartphoto customer account. Quarterly periods:

January - March

April - June

July - September

October - December

Example: You buy various products in the 1st quarter (January - March) with a total invoice amount of over CHF 80.00.-. You receive an e-mail in April with a bonus of CHF 12.00.-, redeemable with the personal discount code given on a next order of your choice.

Which of your orders are smartbonus - eligible?

Restrictions: Combinations with other promotions or promotion codes are not possible. Crediting of shipping costs, crediting of several orders (remaining credit expires) or of open (unpaid) invoices, extensions of the validity period, cash payments/transfers of the smartbonus amount, transfer of order amounts to a next quarter or to other participants or customer accounts, crediting of expired remaining credit. In the event of misuse or poor payment behaviour, we reserve the right not to credit order balances for a period determined by us.
